ClenchAlert gives me real-time feedback when pressure happens. The vibration reminds me to release my jaw and notice the pattern.

I would like another one!

I would like another one. I am still encouraged by the results. I am over two weeks past my usual treatment at this point which is great.

This Works!

Yes this works!! Because when I don’t wear it I definitely feel a difference. It’s such an incredible biofeedback device that can really assist with clenching and discomfort that come with it. I was so impressed with the durability of the two pieces. It’s thoughtfully designed which I appreciate because a lot of other devices are either mouth guards that fit around the entire top and bottom or restrict breathing. This evenly keeps your teeth separated to neutral. The vibration is really cool also! Because if your jaw starts to clench slightly, it matches that gentle feedback too! I was worried that the jaw vibration would be alarming but if you clench gentle, it vibrates gentle also.

What a genius invention!!!

The very first time that I used clench alert, I felt an immediate difference. 30 days in and all the muscle tightness is gone except one small spot. I am confident that by the end of the 90 days that small spot will ease up too. I’m so happy I found clench alert. I highly recommend clench alert and I’m telling everyone I know and all my doctors all about it. What a genius invention!!!
