We believe in making things easier, not harder. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days from the date of purchase, you may request a refund. If more than 30 days have passed, please contact us and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.
Damaged or Malfunctioning Products
If you receive a damaged or malfunctioning product, you must contact us within 5 days from the date of purchase. We will provide instructions for the return.
Note: Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

- Visit our website and complete the return request form.
- Once received, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or malfunctioning and reported within the required 5-day window.
Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for return:

- Items that are damaged, unsanitary, dented, scratched, or missing major contents
